1. You are the referee
The app draws numbers and tracks tickets, but you run the room: you approve players, verify identities on paid games, adjudicate claims, and decide the vibe. Your rulings on claims are final for your party — the app only records them.
2. Verify before you approve
On paid games, players must submit a mobile number before you approve them. Check it (a quick WhatsApp "hi" works) before letting someone pick tickets. The app masks numbers from other players and logs every reveal you make — reveal only when you genuinely need to identify someone.
3. Kick fairly, before the lock
You can remove a player any time before the game locks; once locked, the game runs to the end — nobody in, nobody out. Removed players can ask to rejoin while the room is open and you decide. Use this power to protect the party, not to bully it.
4. Money handling
A cancelled party (by you, or automatic after 24 idle hours) auto-returns its Party Pass to your in-app wallet instantly — you never lose a pass to a dead night, and the platform never refunds passes to a bank source except through support. Any real-money prizes at your table are your arrangement with your guests; collect and pay them yourself.
5. Compliance
You confirm that hosting your party — including any prize money — is lawful where you and your players are, that you are 18 or older, and that you will not use PlayTambola for betting, lotteries or schemes where the platform would be holding stakes.
6. If a party goes wrong
Every draw, claim, kick and reveal is permanently recorded. If a guest disputes something, the game record settles it. If you need help, contact playtambolatm@gmail.com with your join code — support can pull the exact game history.
