1. What we collect
- Players: a display name, and — only on paid games, so the host can verify who you are — a mobile number. Your phone also keeps a random device ID so you can reconnect and rejoin without an account.
- Hosts: an email address, a wallet ledger of pass purchases and credits, and referral codes.
- Everyone: game records (draw order, tickets, claims) needed to run and referee the party, plus basic technical error logs.
2. What we do NOT do
We never sell your data. We do not show your mobile number to other players — hosts see it masked (98•••••210) and every reveal is written to a permanent audit log. We do not ask for permissions we do not need: no contacts, no location, no microphone.
3. Who processes data with us
Hosting and database: Supabase. App hosting: Vercel. Payments: Razorpay (they handle your payment directly; we receive only an order reference). Abuse protection: Upstash. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep things
Party details (including player names and mobiles) are purged 30 days after a game ends. What stays forever is a small, non-identifying results row per game: winners' display names, ticket counts and the draw order — enough to settle any later dispute, without personal data.
5. Deleting your data
Anyone can delete their footprint from the home page — "Delete my data"under the privacy row. One tap removes your name and mobile from all games and revokes your sessions. Hosts can request account erasure at playtambolatm@gmail.com.
